CREATORS NOT CONSUMERS
In a world overflowing with content, feeds, and endless input, the real question is simple: Are we just taking it all in, or are we actually making something with it?
Creators, Not Consumers is a call to move from passive consumption to active contribution and to cultivate the habits that turn inspiration into action and action into impact.
THE HUMAN ADVANTAGE SUMMIT
Where human potential meets a changing world: exploring the future of childhood, learning, and leadership.
The Human Advantage Summit is an invitation to parents, educators, leaders, and creatives who believe the future should not simply happen to the next generation, but should be shaped by them.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Katina Bajaj is a Creative Health Scientist and co-founder of the Silicon Valley-based startup, Daydreamers. She coined the term Creative Health and has spent years building the research, frameworks, and science behind a simple idea: creativity isn’t a luxury – it’s a survival mechanism.
Katina holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University’s Mind-Body Institute, has been named an Aspen Ideas Fellow for her work at the intersection of creativity and health, and recently gave an official TED Talk on the Play Deprivation Crisis. Her research and storytelling have been featured in outlets including TIME, Fast Company, and Health, reaching more than 30 million people worldwide. Through Daydreamers, Katina translates creativity research into science-backed tools that help adults – especially high performers and self-identified “non-artists” – rebuild creative capacity and thrive in uncertainty.
Across all her work, she is driven by a core belief: creativity isn’t just something we do. It’s a biological tool that reconnects us with our strength, vitality, and capacity to be fully human.
Patrick Marold earned his BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and completed a Fulbright Fellowship in Iceland. For over three decades, his artistic practice has explored how natural elements, material, and scale influence our perception of landscape, light, and movement.
His notable works include The Windmill Project in Vail, capturing wind choreography; Shadow Array, a 7-acre installation at Denver International Airport; and Solar Drones at Canada’s National Music Centre.
Jeffrey Palmer is an Associate Professor at Cornell University, a Kiowa Tribe member, and an award-winning filmmaker. His feature debut, N. Scott Momaday: Words from a Bear, premiered at Sundance, aired on PBS’s American Masters, earned an Emmy nomination, and won the Ted Turner Award. Recognized by Sundance, Ford Foundation, and ITVS, his work includes documentary installations for the Barack Obama Presidential Center and screenings globally at Hot Docs and Berlinale.
