A life of goodness, meaning and purpose is created through freedom of thought and freedom of action. AI’s use should be a choice made of our own free will. We need education that strengthens students’ will and creativity.

cultivate the next generation and unite those who believe how we educate today defines how humanity will thrive tomorrow.

This gathering brings together parents, educators, leaders, and community members to explore how we help young people thrive — not just achieve. The inaugural Summit, presented by Shining Mountain Waldorf School, brought together educators, parents, and thought leaders at the Boulder Theater to explore how creativity, empathy, and courageous thinking remain essential in an increasingly digital world.

Seeing such a diverse group of parents, business leaders, educators, and community members fill the room was truly moving. It sent a powerful message: in a world increasingly shaped by AI, our “human advantage” curiosity, empathy, and resilience are more essential than ever.

We were honored to host such a vital conversation. From Dr. Manya Whitaker’s vision for the future of education to Pascal Finette’s insights on navigating disruption to Rob Magliaro’s perspective on the evolving workforce, the themes of the evening hit home.
